Refund policy

We have a 30-day "no questions asked" return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you request a return, we will void your license and refund your money, minus a flat $30 processing fee.

Upgrades

If you bought a less permissive license and want to upgrade, please contact us at info@insideopt.com. We will work with you on applying the pro-rated funds invested in your current license to the new upgraded license. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
